Monday to Friday shifts between 7:00am to 5:30pm 40 hours per week £15.50 to £16.50 per hour Sodexo employee benefits package Opportunities for career development Catering & Events Team Leader We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering & Events Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospitality services.This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high operational standards. As Hospitality Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the hospitality service, ensuring a welcoming environment and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. You will lead, support, and develop a team while ensuring smooth coordination across departments. You will also play a key role in administrative processes, stock control, and operational support, stepping in as a point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager. What you'll do: Supervise day-to-day hospitality operations and ensure high service standards Lead, train, and support team members, including recruitment and performance management Coordinate with departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally Manage stock levels and maintain supplier relationships Support administrative tasks, including email communication and reporting Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, Fire Safety, and COSHH regulations Act as point of contact in the absence of the Catering Manager What you'll bring: Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or similar role Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and hospitality systems Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
