This is an exceptional opportunity responsible for all aspects of accounting in relation to the logistics development business and portfolio CAPEX working alongside various key stakeholders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Projects module setup, ensuring accurate CAPEX allocation.
Manage transactional uploads and project allocations.
Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams to report monthly actuals against budgets.
Conduct variance analysis.
Manage and reconcile the retention ledger.
Recognise cost accruals for month-end reporting.
Prepare CAPEX numbers for monthly drawdowns and provide variance analysis.
Support funding and transactions for new acquisitions.
Implement and report on portfolio CAPEX monthly.
Develop supply-chain due diligence policies.
Support finance transformation initiatives towards a Power BI suite.
Produce financial reports for land held under options.Qualifications:
Qualified accountant or latter stages PQ.
Experience with CAPEX management and project accounting.
Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
