Effectively manage student behavior, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Follow established classroom routines and procedures as set by the absent teacher. Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans or utilize engaging activities to keep students focused and learning. Provide clear instructions and support students in completing assigned tasks. Adapt your approach to cater to different age groups and learning styles. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and school administration. Liaise with the absent teacher to gain a clear understanding of lesson plans and expectations. Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth school day.
