Its business spans over 30 provinces in China, the US, and Europe. The ideal candidate will lead the company's business development activities in the UK, driving sales and growth. They will also manage marketing and customer service activities.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market, engaging with potential and existing customers;
* Develop and implement business and regulatory plans for the UK, meeting operational objectives;
* Manage relationships with local partners and respond to marketing leads;
* Report market information to headquarters promptly;
* Coordinate with departments to establish operational processes in the UK;
* Enhance brand awareness of the company's products in the UK;
* Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in molecular pathology or IVD products;
* BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
* Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international experience preferred;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic and creative thinking with attention to detail and operational excellence;
* Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
* Familiarity with the business model of selling imported products in Europe;
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
