Part time Events and Sponsorship Coordinator
Oakwood Estates Ltd is an award-winning independent family-run estate agency. Founded in 2008, Oakwood Estates has grown to 9 branches with over 60 employees. This part-time on-site role is based in Beaconsfield.
The coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, marketing events, securing sponsorships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Plan and organize events and marketing activations for Oakwood Estates.
* Secure sponsorships and manage sponsor relationships.
* Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and sponsors.
* Coordinate with outside organisations and charities.
* Manage event logistics (venue, dates, vendors, permits, etc.).
* Promote events through various channels and ensure consistent branding and marketing materials.
* Build relationships with sponsors and attendees.
Qualifications
* Customer service and communication skills.
* Event planning and event marketing experience.
* Sales skills and ability to secure sponsorships.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility to work part-time on-site in Beaconsfield.
* Previous experience in event coordination or related field is a plus.
