* We’re looking for a proactive and community-focusedCentre Officerto ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a vibrant community centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, manage bookings and events, maintain the building, and help shape new activities and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
o Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of the centre.
o Provide a welcoming reception and support for all users.
o Manage bookings, set up rooms, and coordinate events.
o Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the site.
o Update social media and promote centre activities.
o Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure high service standards.
o Handle cash, invoicing, stock control, and health & safety checks.
