Osition: English Teacher
Location: Stevenage
We are currently seeking passionate, dedicated, and innovative English teachers to join our successful and forward-thinking team to work in our client schools in and around Stevenage.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support in a stimulating environment for students' educational and social development. This role is suitable for both experienced English teachers and those interested in beginning their English teaching career as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons with confidence and enthusiasm
* Utilise adaptable and innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
* Show a willingness for continuous self-development in teaching and learning
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
* Possess a current Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or be willing to apply for a new one.
Requirements
* A qualification in teaching – Specialising in English (QTS or equivalent) however would still accept unqualified teachers with 3+ years’ experience teaching English to Secondary students.
* Have an abundance of Knowledge in both English Literature and Language
A child only enhanced DBS
* The ability to inspire and motivate the students to develop a love for the subject and learning
* Overseas police clearance (If applicable)
* Full time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
