Account Co-ordinator – Customer Service

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000.00

Are you customer service focused? Do your team mates love working with you? Can you multi‑task and prioritise to make sure things get done?

At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are looking for a new Account Co‑ordinator to join our friendly team. You will be comfortable working towards strict SLAs and able to build productive relationships to ensure consistently high standards of work.

You will be happy talking to members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments and working in a fast‑paced environment, as well as dealing with external agents and providing them with clear instructions and deadlines. You will be a real people person but also tenacious and happy to organise and chase down reports to fulfil targets. You'll be computer literate with proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with using data to produce reports.

Responsibilities

* Arrange and confirm appointments with members of the public.
* Work within strict SLAs to meet performance targets.
* Communicate with external agents, providing clear instructions and deadlines.
* Organise and chase down reports to fulfil targets.
* Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce data‑driven reports.


Qualifications

* Personable yet professional with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
* Motivated to overcome problems and multi‑task to ensure targets and deadlines are adhered to.
* Ability to work autonomously and make important decisions with minimal input from others.
* Experience‑driven; ideally a strong work ethic, passion for people, and good general education.
* Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
