Sales Development Representatives - Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 base + £20,000 commission (OTE £48,000 in Year One)
Location: Wakefield - Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
We are delighted to be hiring four Sales Development Representatives to join our expanding commercial team in Wakefield. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing provider of Cloud Optimisation and Data Solutions, which successfully onboarded over 1,000 new clients in 2024.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, offering a clear pathway into strategic account management and enterprise sales.
Role Overview
As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and supporting client success. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
* Book discovery calls and product demonstrations for senior sales colleagues
* Collaborate with marketing to support targeted lead generation campaigns
* Build rapport with prospects and clients to understand their needs and position relevant solutions
* Support account managers in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Contribute to client satisfaction and retention efforts
