We are looking for a Quality Leader to join our technical team on a 4‑month fixed‑term basis. This role will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, leading quality initiatives across operations.
Base pay range

Responsibilities
* Investigate root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) and document control
* Oversee quality checks and lead quality improvement projects
* Review data and identify trends for proactive decision‑making
* Conduct internal audits and support external inspections
* Complete retailer and brand specifications
* Sign off retailer and own‑label artwork
* Respond to customer complaints with professionalism and care
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within the food industry, ideally with exposure to artwork sign‑off, retailer specifications, and food labelling
* HACCP knowledge preferred
* A self‑motivated individual with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment

This role is to cover a period of maternity leave. There is scope for the role to be based between our sites in Lennoxtown and Blackford on a hybrid basis, or full time from our Ochils site in Blackford.
