About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, picture yourself leading education from the front, managing classes of approximately 30 students when the regular teacher is absent. The advantage? You'll facilitate learning across various secondary school subjects without needing expertise in every area. Lesson plans are provided beforehand, allowing you to excel in your role—guiding learning, managing classroom behaviour, maintaining accurate attendance records, and providing thorough handovers to the absent teacher.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Enthusiasm for embracing new learning experiences
* Natural leadership qualities, with confidence to facilitate a lesson during teacher absences
* Authentic passion for education and providing steadfast support to young learners
