We are currently recruiting for an experiencedImport & Export Air Freight Operatorto join a busy and established freight forwarding team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
This role is ideal for someone with strong end-to-end air freight experience who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and familiar with Cargowise
Key Responsibilities
* Handling air freight import and export shipments end-to-end
* Creating and processing documentation (HAWB, MAWB, customs entries where required)
* Booking shipments with airlines and handling agents
* Liaising with overseas agents, customers, and airlines
* Monitoring shipments and providing proactive updates
* Completing entries and maintaining accurate records in CargoWise
* Ensuring all compliance and security procedures are followed
