Key Responsibilities: * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems. * Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, water temperature’s etc. * Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems. * Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building * Monitor BMS * Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
