Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £125,000 (DOE)
PQE: 2-5 PQE
Full-time – Permanent
An established London-based dispute resolution firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team.
The firm specialises in complex and high-value disputes and works closely with a network of leading barristers and specialist professionals to deliver strategic, commercially focused solutions for clients.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated litigator who is keen to work on high-quality commercial litigation matters. You will be part of small, collaborative teams and will gain significant exposure to complex disputes, strategy development, and client interaction.
The role offers a varied caseload and would suit someone seeking a dynamic environment outside the traditional large corporate law firm structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting legal documents including pleadings, applications, witness statements, and correspondence
* Assisting with case strategy and preparing evidence
* Conducting legal research and drafting notes and opinions
* Interviewing witnesses and supporting trial preparation
* Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Producing consistent, accurate and high-quality work
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales
* 2–5 years’ PQE / Call in commercial litigation
* Experience gained within a reputable disputes practice
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, hands‑on and keen to take responsibility
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
