We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established electrical company based in Southampton. This is a temp-to-perm role offering stable weekday hours and the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking, packing, and preparing electrical materials for dispatch
* Dealing with MOD, Construction and Residential electrical products
* Receiving and checking deliveries
* Stock control and general warehouse organisation
* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised
* Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Own transport to commute to and from work is desired
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
* Manual handling involved
