Our Lettings Accounts department manages over 25,000 tenancies, so you’ll thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment within a highly service-driven industry.
Key Duties will include:
* Processing financial transactions between landlords, tenants, and the company, including rent collections, commission charges, and other tenancy-related payments.
* Handling deposit releases, verifying that all deductions are accounted for and processed in line with company policies.
* Uploading and charging contractor invoices ensuring timely processing
* Collaborating closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless financial administration and resolution of any account discrepancies.
The hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Based in our Worcester office (WR4) with excellent transport links and free local parking.
