Prior experience of working in a busy school office An enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated professional looking to make a real impact within a supportive school environment Good literacy and numeracy levels, excellent IT, organisational and interpersonal skills Regular tasks and duties include: Oversee school reception; Answer school telephones and make calls; Operate school email systems and other communications; Manage school registers; Operate the school MIS, Arbor; Manage data returns; Process educational visits; Process Safeguarding and health and safety procedures; Produce school letters, newsletters and update school/Trust website; Manage school orders, invoices and income; Manage the administration of the Out of School Club and Nursery provision; Administration of staff and pupil absence.
