Location: Remote - Covering London and South East
A leading manufacturer of commercial and renewable heating products is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Area Sales Manager to join their growing UK team. This is a project-led sales role, targeting key accounts such as M&E Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Local Authorities, and Housing Associations. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships, winning specification business, and expanding brand presence in the commercial heating market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote a wide range of commercial boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters to key stakeholders
* Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and public sector bodies
* Identify and convert new business opportunities to grow market share
* Deliver presentations, hold client meetings, and attend networking events to generate project leads
* Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
* Use CRM and Excel to manage project pipelines and provide regular reporting
* Maintain strong technical product knowledge across commercial and renewable systems
