Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor - Key Holder at ProCook
Are you ready to take on a key role in our store? ProCook Cirencester is looking for a dedicated (12 Hour) Key Holder to support our team and ensure our customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience. You will play a crucial part in maintaining store operations and promoting our range of kitchenware.
This position is available at our various store locations.
Your Recipe for Success:
As a Key Holder, you will carry the responsibility of opening and closing the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and delivering excellent customer service. You'll be a mentor to your colleagues, fostering a positive and productive environment.
A Typical Day at Work:
* Open and close the store according to company procedures.
* Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team.
* Provide excellent customer service and engage with shoppers.
* Assist with training new team members.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
* Ensure the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
Daily Activities:
* Opening and closing tasks, including the management of cash and secure systems.
* Welcome customers and assist them in finding the best products.
* Handle transactions, returns, and customer inquiries with ease.
* Maintain a clean and organised store environment.
* Support the store management with administrative tasks as needed.
* Encourage teamwork and effective communication amongst staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a retail environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Reliable and trustworthy, able to handle keys and sensitive information.
* Ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
* Proficient in using retail technology and POS systems.
