Our client is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join their team. As a paraplanner, you will support the firm's Financial Planners by creating and compiling quality financial planning reports and conducting research on financial strategies, plans, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Financial Planners in research and analysis to meet client needs and objectives.
2. Prepare client financial plans and suitability reports/letters, including annual reviews, new business, or ad hoc advice reports.
3. Prepare documentation to support recommendations and justify the chosen providers and products.
4. Manage the presentation of technical data to Financial Planners.
5. Compile cashflow models as required during the advice process.
6. Attend client meetings with Financial Planners and present cashflow models to clients as needed.
7. Provide clients with a professional experience, offering knowledgeable and ongoing assistance.
8. Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge.
9. Uphold all performance standards required by the firm.
10. Develop and sustain internal relationships across the organization.
11. Promote the firm's profile within the profession and wider community.
12. Complete Continuous Professional Development to meet regulatory and personal development requirements.
13. Hold full Diploma qualification.
14. Have a good understanding of the Financial Planning process.
15. Possess strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
16. Provide excellent customer service to advisers and clients.
17. Demonstrate excellent planning and organizational skills.
18. Work effectively to meet deadlines.
19. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

21. Possess broad knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and high technical expertise.
