About the Role
Our client, a leading financial organisation, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive data-led decision-making and optimise performance across key business areas. This role involves analysing strategy effectiveness, developing data-driven insights, and working closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational outcomes.
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 + up to 20% bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Lead performance analysis and identify opportunities for strategic improvements.
* Develop and implement customer-focused, cost-effective strategies.
* Use SQL and Power BI to generate reports and guide decision-making.
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to refine and implement strategies.
* Mentor and support junior analysts to develop their skills.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Assist in client discussions, ensuring analytics support business goals.
Requirements
* At least three years' experience in an analytical role within a financial organisation.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading or mentoring a team is desirable.
