You will have a sound knowledge of the EHCP referral process and work closely with the local authority's SEND team to ensure that effective support is implemented, resourced, and regularly reviewed to enable learners to access provision. You will work closely with curriculum teams to identify learner support needs and coordinate the utilisation of Learning Support Workers. Playing a key role in evaluating the impact of learning support, you will also act as one of SS&L's Safeguarding Officers, offering support to the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure learners' wellbeing.
