Job Overview
We are recruiting a competent Sous Chef, with the ideal candidate having a background in kitchen operations and a commitment to food safety and quality. Our busiest service is generally Sunday, serving covers as a rule, with other services varying from 20-80 throughout the season. Due to the nature of the business we would like evening and weekend availability although we can be flexible with out schedule.
