Elite Office Solutions are recruiting for an Office Administrator based at our Winchester office.
Working in a fast paced environment, this role is ideal for someone with a methodical approach that is well organised, with a keen eye for detail.
You must be able to work within a team environment as well as on own initiative, be hard working and enthusiastic with excellent customer service and people skills.
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with customer queries via phone and Email
* Packing/dispatching customer orders
* Obtaining customer meter readings
* Logging service calls and assigning to engineer (full training given on service software)
* Monitoring and ordering stock/supplies
* Checking in goods received
* General office administration
