* Swiftly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal operational disruptions.
* Uphold superior customer service standards by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
* Foster effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
* Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to optimize product utilization.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in field service or customer support roles is advantageous.
* Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, no more than 6 points.
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are a plus.
