Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver outstanding Maths lessons across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5
* Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and support achievement
* Contribute to the development of resources, schemes of work, and curriculum planning within the Maths team
* Inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities, fostering independent learning
* Play a proactive role in the wider school community, including extracurricular enrichment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and confidence teaching up to GCSE (A-Level desirable)
* Ability to inspire and engage students through innovative teaching approaches
* Commitment to inclusive practice and raising standards of attainment
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
* Based in, or able to commute reliably to, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
