About the Role As Teacher of Music, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to KS5 depending on experience and curriculum offer. You will deliver well-structured lessons that develop: Secure understanding of musical elements, theory and notation Confidence in performance skills, both solo and ensemble Creativity in composition using traditional and/or digital music technologies Strong listening and analytical skills across a range of musical genres and styles GCSE success through structured teaching, modelling and clear exam technique The Department Music is a valued part of the school’s creative curriculum, and the Performing Arts faculty is supportive and collaborative, with shared resources and a strong focus on enrichment.
