With a diverse, collaborative and development-focused culture, juniors gain hands-on experience and direct client access from the outset.Training and DevelopmentYour training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.ResponsibilitiesAs an Off-cycle Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups providing you with a unique learning opportunityHelp the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging the full spectrum of the bank's capabilitiesActively contribute to the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analysisBuild relationships, knowledge and experience that will open doors to a wide range of future career opportunitiesActively participate in executing transactions, including work with clients as well as representatives of other investment banks and other advisorsEligibility:Candidates are required to have already received or be pursuing a BachelorMasterdegree from an accredited college or university.For candidates who have already graduated, the graduation date is required to be between January and September 2025.For candidates who are still pursuing a BachelorMasterdegree, the completion time frame must be before January 2026. Completion means that you have completed all final exams, coursework, and have no outstanding requirements for graduation. Please note that we reserve the right to request evidence of this completion date before extending an offer.Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS point (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.Must be available to join the programme from Monday 19th January for a period of six months. If candidates were to receive a full-time offer, then they must be available to join the graduate programme from July 2026.
