As an L&D Partner, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand priorities and identify learning needs that drive performance and engagement. You’ll design, deliver, and evaluate innovative learning solutions face‑to‑face, virtual and blended that support our People Priority Plan and wider organisational strategy. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll influence, challenge, and support leaders to embed learning into everyday practice and help us become simpler, stronger and better. You will be expected to attend the office – Brindley Place – at least once a week.

* Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
* Support delivery of key organisational programmes.
* Work with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
* Communicate effectively to drive adoption and embed learning into practice.
* Support leadership, management, and talent development programmes.
* Contribute to apprenticeship strategy and engagement.
* Continuously enhance the internal L&D offer.
* Promote best practice and innovation in learning.
* Support L&D policies, compliance, and performance development processes.

Essential Qualifications
* CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) in Learning & Development.
* Experience designing and delivering learning solutions.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Experience supporting projects from concept to delivery.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications
* CIPD Level 5 in L&D.
* Experience with learning systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
* Knowledge of apprenticeships and development frameworks.
* Understanding of the housing sector or similar environments.
