Meraki Talent are engaged on the role of Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable for a market leading client based in the Glasgow city centre. This role will offer a salary of up to £30,000 with brilliant benefits + hybrid working.

The Role
The role of Accounts Assistant - Accounts Payable role will report into the Accounts Payable Manager. The role will be key in the success of the whole finance function.
The key components of the role will be:
* Carry out daily bank reconciliations
* Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
* Variance analysis
* Perform payment run's
* Process a high volume of supplier invoices and ledger transactions efficiently
* Assisting with VAT returns
* Raise and distribute sales invoices
* Bank reconciliations
* Ad - hoc duties
