An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic Partnership team in Northamptonshire.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer experience and drive high levels of satisfaction on social housing refurbishment contracts.
* Report to the Project Manager and support the delivery of projects within planned maintenance programmes.
* Pro-active and engaging approach with exceptional communication skills and customer service experience.
* Manage workload across planned maintenance programmes and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
* Strong administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
* Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar role with a proven track record of managing workload on maintenance programmes.
