Investment Sales Consultant
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE: +£5,000 per month)
Location: Wetherby (office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team within a leading property investment company in West Yorkshire. You’ll be engaging with sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals ( including medical professionals, bankers, and high-profile clients) offering tailored property investment opportunities.
The role requires a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will manage inbound investor enquiries, build lasting relationships, and guide clients through the investment process to maximise both revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert inbound enquiries (no cold calling)
* Conduct detailed needs analysis and present suitable investment opportunities
* Respond promptly to warm leads via phone, email, and social channels
* Engage with prospective investors to understand their criteria and qualify them effectively
* Prepare and send tailored investment proposals with comprehensive details
* Attend face-to-face meetings with clients across the UK
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors
* Facilitate and close property investment deals
* Collaborate with Managers and Team Leaders on lead strategy and performance
* Proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales and client retention
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven sales experience with strong negotiation skills
* Highly proactive and target-driven mindset
* Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with high-value clients
* Excellent communication skills across all channels
* Positive, energetic attitude with a strong team focus
* Confidence in handling high-value transactions (minimum £100k investments)
* A consultative sales approach with a genuine interest in client outcomes
