Employment arrangement: Employed Fitness Coach and Self-employed Personal Trainer. Initially, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis (12 hours a week) completing 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary. Separately, outside of employed hours, you will pay rent on a monthly basis and run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym in which you are based. We provide access to thousands of leads via current members and new joiners, and an internal PT Business Support team to help you grow your PT business.

Role Responsibilities
* Places member experience at the heart of everything you do by engaging with members on the gym floor.
* Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours in the club, in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
* Deliver engaging group exercise classes.
* Deliver engaging and informative member inductions.
* Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
* Conduct club standards checks across the club, with results recorded in line with JD Gyms procedures.
* Provide ad hoc support to members as required or observed.
* Ensure club cleanliness standards are maintained to the highest level as set by management.
* Maintain excellent brand standards, ensuring the club is safe and compliant with health and safety points.
* Monitor service delivery through performance metrics and member feedback.
* Operate safely and legally at all times while employed by JD Gyms.
* Consider energy efficiency and waste management in daily duties.
* Analyze and present key data to support ideas and initiatives.
