Are you reliable, hands-on, and looking for a long-term opportunity with great pay and consistent hours? We’re currently hiring a Metal Polisher to join one of our clients near Portsmouth. Experience using a hand grinder or sander is a strong advantage.
Location: Havant
Ongoing Temporary Role
Immediate Start
Pay: £15.00 per hour
2-Week Rotating Shifts:
1. Week 1: 6AM – 2PM
2. Week 2: 2PM – 10PM
Your Day-to-Day:
3. Polish stainless-steel components to a clean, professional finish
4. Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures
5. Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule
6. Maintain a clean and organised workspace
7. Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
What You’ll Bring:
8. A good work ethic and attention to detail
9. Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
10. Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 2-week pattern
11. A positive, can-do attitude
