Are you passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Retail Insurance team. How You'll Make An Impact

* You’ll actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
* By understanding the needs of our customers, you’ll offer tailored solutions from our broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value.
* Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.
* You’ll represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using your networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
* As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to our reputation for excellence in the market, always acting with integrity and professionalism.


About You

* Proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, delivering against targets in a regulated environment.
* Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently.
* Client‑focused, dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes.
* Team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment.
* Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as needed.
