* Improving processes, workflows and ways of working across the travel operation
* Bringing structure, consistency and smarter ways of doing things in a fast-paced environment
Travel Operations Manager – what experience do I need?
* Strong travel operations background, ideally within entertainment, touring or events
* Confident using Galileo GDS
* Experience balancing hands-on delivery with team or operational oversight
* Someone who spots inefficiencies and naturally looks to improve them
* Calm, practical and solutions-focused when things get busy (which they will)
