AsiaVerify is a trusted KYB AI platform empowering global organisations with real-time insights into 447 million companies across Asia-Pacific. We help clients understand ownership structures, risk indicators, compliance exposure, and trust & transparency across Asian counterparties.
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to support our marketing and sales teams by managing our HubSpot CRM, improving data quality, and driving better visibility across the customer journey.
Must-Have Requirements:
* 2 years’ experience (5 years maximum) in a sales or marketing environment
* Hands-on experience using a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)
* Understanding of the lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer)
* Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teams
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and dashboards
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Degree educated
Role Responsibilities:
* Own and manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions)
* Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation)
* Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency
* Support marketing campaigns through lists, automation workflows, and tracking
* Work with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility
* Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across the funnel
How Success Will Be Measured:
* Improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
* High CRM data quality (accuracy, completeness, low duplication)
* Strong marketing performance tracking (lead volume, cost per lead, attribution clarity)
