GI GROUP is looking for Warehouse Operatives and FLT Counter Balance and Reach Truck Drivers in Wolverhampton WV11 3DS and/or Birmingham area B46 1AL.
PAY:
Warehouse Ops - £12.80 p/h
FLT Counter Balance/Reach - £14 p/h
Rotational shifts: 8am‑2pm & 4pm‑00:00 (Midnight) – any 5 days of 7 weekends involved. You must be able to rotate through shifts.
Only FULL‑TIME positions available.
Locations: B46 1AL & WV11 3DS.
Warehouse Operatives
* Use hand scanners for picking items.
* Picking & packing.
* LLOP picking.
* Good communication level.
* Able to work in a team as well as alone.
* Able to prioritise tasks.
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
* Drug & Alcohol test will be conducted before start.
FLT Drivers
This job will involve moving an existing company in Wolverhampton to a new building in Birmingham. You will be required to multitask and be flexible, not only operate a forklift. We are seeking candidates who are happy to get off the truck and do different jobs, which might include painting, moving, lifting, assembly, de‑assembly, housekeeping, loading, unloading, etc.
Skills and Qualifications
* Valid Forklift Truck License (mandatory) RTITB/ITSSAR/ABA. In‑house or expired licenses will be rejected.
* Experience operating various types of forklifts (counterbalance, reach, etc.).
* Must pass a drug & alcohol test as well as FLT assessment.
