Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support a number of highways, public realm, and road improvement projects in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards, while maintaining excellent client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the delivery of highways, public realm, and road improvement projectsPlan, monitor, and report on project progress, risks, and budgetsCoordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure seamless project deliveryManage subcontractors, suppliers, and client communicationsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsOversee project documentation, reporting, and quality assuranceIdentify and resolve technical and operational issues promptlyContribute to continuous improvement and best practice across projectsRequirementsProven experience delivering highways and public realm projectsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure project deliveryExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsOpen to freelancers on this one as well as PAYE.
