JOB TITLE: Office Administrator (Part-Time) LOCATION: Milton Keynes, UK HOURS: Monday to Friday – 09:30am to 14:30pm (22.50hrs p/w) GPS Recruitment are looking to hire a dynamic part-time office administrator to provide effective administrative support to the central office. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work reactively, carrying out set tasks, as well as being proactive with the ability to multitask and work towards deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Meet and greet customers, suppliers and contractors and carry out site tours * Manage various meeting rooms and co-ordinate refreshments and lunches when required * Onboard new starters; present and complete induction documents, arrange meetings, and ensure H&S compliance * Coordinate company Health and Safety requirements; monitor and book training, carry out monthly WPI’s, report incidents * Facilities maintenance and liaising with various suppliers; cleaners, security, landscaping, waste, fire amongst others * Purchase Order raising and support for all departments * Assist with organising internal events; Townhalls, lunches, staff socials and gifts * Organise bi-annual internal sample sales * Order office / IT / warehouse stationery and supplies * Book hotels and travel * Other ad-hoc duties to include; org chart updates, data entry, corporate gifts, barcode printing, preparing invoices Skills/Experience Required: * Detail oriented; strong organisational and time management skills * Previous experience in a reception or administration role is essential * Strong level of proficiency with MS Office programs * An effective communicator, written and verbal (fluent English is required, written and verbal) * Excellent attention to detail Salary Neg on experience (circa 25-30K Pro-Rata)
