About the role We are looking to recruit and train a number of seasonal people to join our Car Park Operations team as a Seasonal Car Park Operative. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to passengers using our airport car parks. This includes driving both Park & Fly fleet vehicles and customer vehicles, as well as supporting the smooth running of our onsite car park facilities. Training will be provided, ensuring successful candidates gain the knowledge and capability required to perform the role to a high standard. This role offers opportunities for progression within the wider airport environment, providing an excellent foundation for developing aviation experience. A day in the life of some responsibilities: Creating a great first impression by delivering friendly, helpful customer service throughout the day. Navigating airport grounds as you safely move Park & Fly fleet vehicles and customer vehicles Carrying out first line maintenance on car park equipment to keep the operation running smoothly. Looking after the presentation of the car park estate, including regular luggage trolley collections. What we re looking for: High standards of work and attention to detail. Ability to show initiative and work effectively alone or in a team. Highly motivated with a proactive and hardworking attitude. Physically capable of manual handling tasks. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Flexible to work a shift system including days, nights, and weekends. Essential Requirements Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. A Category D (PCV) licence is desirable for this role, and applicants with general driving experience will be at an advantage. Why come onboard?
