As the IT Service Desk Manager, you will lead and oversee the WEA’s IT support operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of technical assistance to colleagues and minimising disruptions to their daily tasks. You will be responsible for supervising the IT Service Desk team, resolving IT-related issues, and upholding a commitment to exceptional customer service. This position plays a pivotal role in the WEA's technological success by providing leadership, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the workforce in leveraging technology effectively. Please note, this role is based on site at our Kilmarnock Office.
