Your Role
Lead and motivate the team to deliver flawless service from breakfast through to dinner.
Anticipate guest needs, adding those special touches that surprise and delight.
Collaborate with the kitchen to create a seamless dining experience.
Curate a wine list that excites and complements our menus.
Manage rotas, stock, and suppliers for efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Who You Are 3 rosette level as either a Restaurant Manager or possibly at Assistant Restaurant Manager but who has been in position for minimum one year. They also need good wine knowledge (preferably WSET level 2 or above).
Experience working in a 3AA Rosette restaurant as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
Good wine knowledge, preferably WSET level 2 or above
Ambitious, detail-focused, and passionate about hospitality.
Proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles .
Experience working in high-end, fine dining environments .
Thrives on delivering exceptional service at the highest level .
Whats on Offer
Salary: £40,000£45,000 per annum plus Tronc
