Regional Network Manager (Domestic Trade Contractor Network) - Field/Remote - 40 hours per week, Walsall
Location: Home Working / Field Based (will be required to travel to Head Office in Walsall for ad hoc training or team meetings)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: c.£45K and car allowance, with eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual bonus scheme and an excellent benefits package.

Main Purpose of Role
Develop and manage a high-performing, multi-trade Regional Contractor Network supporting CET’s position with UK’s Blue-Chip Home Emergency Insurers. Responsible for the North Region (North England, Northern Ireland & Scotland), ensuring effective performance management and high service standards.
Empowered to deliver service and operational KPIs, improve network performance, and support business improvements to enhance engagement and results.
Main Responsibilities
* Position CET as the preferred company for Home Emergency Contractors in the UK & NI.
* Ensure regional KPI / SLA delivery.
* Manage relationships with existing contractors.
* Support technical queries from internal and external teams.
* Maintain sufficient coverage across all trades.
* Ensure safety standards are upheld.
* Develop the network to provide top customer service.
* Manage regional contractor costs and claims efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
* Present performance updates regularly.
* Support new contractors during onboarding.
Qualifications and Skills
* Trade background in Heating, Plumbing, or Electrical (Essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills
* Experience managing contractor networks or similar operations.
* Ability to use KPIs and data to drive performance.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Tenacious, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cultural change.
* Strong networking and communication skills.
