About the role
As a Brand Sponsored Partner, you will be inspired and empowered to seek every opportunity to achieve the right outcomes for our customers. You will work with colleagues, the Brand, and the Team Manager to generate sales and enhance the customer experience. In addition to providing excellent service, you will maintain high shop standards through displays, stock availability, and cleanliness. Understanding your customers will enable you to offer the best service, build loyalty, and foster a lifelong relationship with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver excellent and market-leading customer experiences.
2. Prioritize the customer by proactively acknowledging them, identifying their needs, and ensuring these are met, resolving any queries or complaints.
3. Engage customers with the John Lewis brand and your supported brand through personalized and social marketing.
4. Monitor your sales performance and best sellers to help drive promotions and introduce seasonal changes.
5. Support marketing events to increase footfall and attract new customers.
6. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to maximize productivity.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
* Basic IT literacy skills.
* Strong communication skills.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
* Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential; training will be provided to help you perform at your best every day.
