We are looking for dedicated professionals with a proven track record in mainstream secondary or SEN settings who are ready to support the local learning community.

Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (e.g., coaching, youth work).
* Effective communication skills to explain tasks and give instructions.
* Strong classroom management and the ability to handle challenging behaviour.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for one).
Your Role:
* Lead the classroom by supervising students as they complete pre:set work.
* Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Guide learning by explaining lesson objectives and answering student questions.
* Ensure a safe environment by following all school safeguarding procedures.
* Take accurate registers and monitor attendance at the start of every lesson.
* Collect completed work and provide feedback for the returning teacher.
* Act as a professional role model, encouraging students to stay on task and engaged.
