As a Power Platform Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will work closely with clients and project teams to create innovative business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
2. Client Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional solutions.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers on Power Platform best practices.
4. Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external data sources via connectors and custom APIs.
5. Governance & Security: Implement data governance, security roles, and compliance policies across Power Platform environments.
6. Project Management: Manage or support multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
7. Training & Enablement: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to client teams or internal staff.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft’s roadmap, new features, and industry trends to advise clients strategically.
Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven) and Power Automate.
* Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and custom APIs.
* Proficiency in Power Fx and JSON expressions.
* Experience with solution packaging, ALM, and DevOps practices within Power Platform.
* Strong understanding of security models and governance strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
