We are seeking a confident and motivated Administrator to join our Head Office Buying Operations team. This role is ideal for a positive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
You will be part of our Contracts Administration team, liaising with Buyers and Suppliers to gather supplier & product data and confirm prices. Your role is crucial in moving an item from negotiations to store-ready status!

What you'll do
* Draft contracts for Food Own Label, Branded, Fresh Produce, & Non-Food items for GB and other Lidl countries, adhering to deadlines
* Check, send out, and receive price confirmation sheets within agreed timeframes
* Manage supplier and product data requests via our Supplier Portal, including relevant documents like certificates (e.g., BRC, organic)
* Communicate item and price changes promptly within the department and to other Lidl countries
* Maintain Lidl purchasing systems (EKK, EKS, DMS, LNP, FAP, etc.) to high standards
* Address data quality queries and close audit findings swiftly
* Meet critical deadlines to ensure departmental and interdepartmental efficiency
* Manage shared inboxes and email allocations
* Support suppliers and stakeholders with relevant requests and system navigation
* Assist with projects and suggest process improvements
What you'll need
* Previous administrative experience in an office setting
* Motivated, team-oriented, and capable of independent work under pressure
* Organized with multitasking skills and target-driven approach
* Excellent time management
* Adaptable and proactive problem-solver
* Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with colleagues at all levels
* Attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* German language skills are a plus but not essential
