What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager
* Experienced in the fast‑paced world of high‑volume restaurants.
* Solid grasp of hospitality management.
* Pro at managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Understand the nitty‑gritty of laws and regulations like Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.
* Excel in communication and leadership skills.
* Awesome at organising and multitasking.
* Plus, you’re ready to share your last 5 years of life's journey, whether that’s work, education, or personal experiences, and you’re okay with a criminal record check.
