Duties as KS2 Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2.
Work with small groups or individual pupils to support their learning and development.
Assist in classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
Help with lesson preparation, resource development, and administrative tasks.
Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant:
Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills as KS2 Teaching Assistant.
Is patient, adaptable, and proactive.
Has experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Holds relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate (desirable but not required).
